This Master Development Plan for Sibale was developed as a roadmap towards economic prosperity of the island. The island is rich in marine and agricultural resources. It is through a change in attitudes and culture that will lead us in the accomplishments of our vision as embodied in this plan. The implementation of this plan will depend on the peoples initiative and motivation to do so. Our neighboring island community are encourage to copy this plan and modify it according to their needs.
